The Firm is actively engaged in human rights education and advocacy. Through an affiliate NPO, the Amicus Centre for Justice, the human rights department of the Firm has commenced suits at the Federal and State High Courts in a bid to enforce the fundamental rights of indigent persons.
The Managing Partner of the Firm who also heads the human rights team, is a regular speaker on national and international human right platforms where he shares his wealth of experience in fighting human rights abuses in Nigeria.
The team also prosecutes persons where necessary through the direct criminal complaint procedure in a bid to get justice for victims of human rights abuses.
The firm has also submitted a number of proposals to State Governments and other agencies of Governments aimed as proffering solutions for curbing the outrageous rate of human rights violations in Nigeria.
